Do you offer refunds after purchase? β
We will not refund if you change your mind after making your order. However, if the recipient claims their gift is damage, broken or faulty, we will initiate an exchange and get them the same gift you ordered at no cost to you.
Why did I only receive part of my order? β
Orders may arrive in separate shipments.
Do you do orders to Nigeria? β
At the moment, no. We only fulfill orders on the countries we listed on the homepage. You can contact us if you have further inquiries.
Can I exchange my order? β
No. You cannot exchange your order the moment you have made one and paid for it. However, if in the event you suspect you made an error, kindly contact us as soon as possible so that we can weigh in and see what we can do.

No. We already take the pain of bearing your shipping cost at no extra cost to you. It is only fair that our prices are the way they are.
